So some management personnel need the big bucks? This contradicts and refutes your point that management are overpaid.

Who are you to tell me Jobs is worthy of big bucks for the reason of ____ but the cfo of Lucent is not because of ____?

Have you met with Lucent management to identify the need - and to hear an explanation - for her hiring?

If not, then your arguments are based on your personal beliefs. Personal beliefs don't make me money.
