it's a bunch of bull (in the pejorative sense of the word). probably, smith, balarney put as much effort into the elephant donkey survey as they put into their stock picks, meaningless don't u think? too many uncontrolled variables like Volker, Greenspan, wars, depressions., etc., etc.,
