If all goes well, Roe is likely to be overturned, and the matter returned to the states. A constitutional amendment remains unlikely, but it is likely that PBAs will be banned by statute. It is unlikely that creation science will go very far in the public school curriculum, but it is likely enough that voucher programs will grow, permitting greater diversity of education, including the growth of religious schools. It is likely that the Ten Commandments will be permitted to be posted along with comparable texts from other religions, but not standing on its own. It is likely that benedictions at commencement will be permitted under limiting conditions, but that morning prayer in public schools will continue to be banned. It is unlikely that homosexual marriage will be sanctioned, but it is likely that no one will challenge domestic partner accommodations by corporations or municipalities in court. In general, it is likely that some social conservative issues prevail, but that it will fall far short of "theocracy".
