<<I find your dogged pursuit insulting>>

What dogged pursuit are you referring to? I asked a simple question, for which I was harshly and IMO inappropriately accused.

<<If you were to post the fruit of you labor for others to consider, engage others in discussion about this investment on a public forum, or write a formal investment thesis for all interested to review only to be accused of being spoon-fed that same information and regurgitating it under some clandestine arrangement with a corporation I think you would be insulted as well.>>

Aus, I totally agree that if indeed you are nothing more than just one of us 'average joe' investors, to be repeatedly accused of being something more would get tiresome, particularly in light of all the hard work you put in.

Now on the other hand, I contend that it would be a shocking thing to be passing yourself off as just another one of us zealot, hardworking 'average joe' investors while in actuality, receiving privileged information while concurrently and categorically denying it.

Someone is private emailing me in unsolicited fashion, accusing you of misrepresenting yourself! They further say you have admitted to signing a confidentiality agreement with SanDisk. They have even sent me an 'apparent' copy of an email from you in which you admit it. What in the blazes does that mean?

On the other hand, if their repeated accusations of such are a fabrication, then I think such a think is beyond reprehensible.

APPOLOGIES TO AUSDAUER AND TO THE BOARD

It is my estimation that Ausdauer is one of the best sleuthing and most articulate 'average joe' investors one will ever come across. In fact, his capabilities are so good that they seem at times simply beyond normal.

In light of my own questions of whether SSTI has potentially abridged some IP previously invented by Dr. Boaz Eitan, I was particularly impressed with the way Ausdauer cross-examined both 'Eric Ziegler' and 'hueyone' in such a direct and pointed fashion, as if he might be fishing for information that could be used in a SanDisk sanctioned investigation. This reasoning, coupled with my curiosity at times as to how Ausdauer can post so frequently throughout the day while apparently holding down a profession apart from the stock market, heightened my suspicions about his culpability with regard to impartial means to source information. (With regard to this latter point about frequent postings, I admit that it is none of my business, and can be explained by any number of means, not the least of which being that Ausdauer may be semi-retired.)

Unfortunately, my suspicions came to a head today when someone repetitively emailed today, providing an apparent copy of an email from Ausdauer in which he seems to admit that he was under a confidentiality agreement.

Like clockwork every few months for the past 2 years I have gotten private mail messages from SI members or have received requests via posts on the SNDK board that asks me to clarify my position.
...
I have even kidded with people about it. Taken out of context this kidding could be easily misinterpreted.

After further investigation, I now believe that this is what happened with regard to the copy of the email sent me. (I reserve judgement on the actual intentions of the individual sending me those emails.)

I wish to pursue this matter no further here, and I apologize for the distraction for which I was caught-up in today. Please forgive me Ausdauer.

Regards,
thecalculator

Aus - IBM microdrive appearing in camera stores. I asked and they said that yes they were selling to high end cameras I think the big pro Nikon and also quite a lot being sold by camera stores to people wanting to use them for hard drive back-ups.

Never theless they are in the stores. Comments? I don't beleive there is an association between this and the way the market is treating the stock but your views very welcome.

Best regards,

L
