RR: I will love to learn from another master like you.
Right now I strictly write covered LEAPs, mostly on Dell.
As the price fell I have been buying more Dell shares, writing JOTM(just out of the money) Jan.,'03 calls. I also started covering the DOTM LEAPs for a ST profit, thus releasing the recently bought stock for sale as Dell goes up. I use very little money overall, because of LEAP proceeds and margins. I got burned before with margin liquidations because of the high leverage I used. So I am careful to always keep the equity position between 40 to 55%.
Hope I will hear some comments from you soon.
