"Judah was in control for the whole fight, even despite being knocked down - barely - in the first round"

i respectfully take issue with the 'barely' description. i'd call what happened

Being Dumped On His Ass

by a clean hard punch, and when he popped up, his wobbly legs belied his i'm all right body language when he attempted to strut to his corner as the ref counted. he even bent around like a pretzel when he first stood up.

which all really points to how quickly he recovers.

but i have to say. i just don't care for the mouthy tell-me-how-cool-i-looked-in-there types like zab. it's crap. all that focus on trying to outslick the other guy... shaking his shoulders, staring off into the crowd. it's all a real drag for me.

then i see a man like jesse james leija who is all business, a skilled technician, and a respectful man, and to me there is no comparison. take all the zab judah's and macho camachos and put 'em all in a big room someplace where they can all try to outdress, outshout, outshake and outrap each other. lock the door and throw away the key. nobody comes out til they drop the schtick and pick up the stick.

and that goes double for the conch shell players and the rappers named shyne and the giant dumb-ass stuffed horses and all of that crap. since when did fighters start having opening freaking acts?

:)
