Tell David Menlow to direct his anger to AG. The feds jacked interest rates up to the sky, with highly debatable justification, and killed the IPO market (as well as a lot of small businesses).

All those companies that have been stalled by the feds can't just keep taxiing around the runway waiting for takeoff. So the second the feds seem like they are a little on hold everybody comes out. They don't have any choice since there are time limits on funding and IPO procedures.
