Does anyone know of a book or web link that explains SEC type things to do with a stock such as when insiders can sell, what the "Form 144" and other forms mean, how to interpret insider information provided by Yahoo and other stock sites (for example, if they filed form 144,does that mean they have actually sold or are just planning to sell?) Also something that explains what the different SEC forms are and what they mean, and explains such things as when a form S-3 is filed for a proposed sale, how can you find how when/if the sale actually took place? I have never seen such things explained anywhere. Thanks.
