Les, well said and accurate. Hillary & Co. believed by protecting and giving breaks (i.e. the big businesses would have actually have gotten a tax cut because the taxpayer would have taken over their responsibility to their retirees) the "fat cats" they would endorse her plan which would cause the small business and rank and file to say, "if the big guys believe in it I should too." It was a giant con game by the Clintons and Magaziner.
