First of all Allan Berkum was paid in shares. Second He used maket Maker FLSC to sell his his shares since July 12 of this year. Third all the shares that he filled to sell Flsc has already sold. FLSC sat On the ask for over 2 weeks selling his shares. Allen Berkum could have cared less about the co. He just wanted get paid for the legal work he did for the co. Flsc who Berkum Hired to sell the shares is now Gone from the IFTP market makers.And berkums shares are already sold so no need to worry anymore about delution. Before you post something you really should check out things before you post. But your opinion Is your opinion and I will respect that. It's your decision to invest or not. I did not post this as a pump and dump I posted to make investors aware of a possible good investment based on there own DD.
