Thanks for those posts, Roger.

This made me uncomfortable...more so than some other comments I've read.

Asked what they like to read, Jain said he reads only about business. Horowitz started to list favorite authors including E.M. Forster, until Jain cut him off.

"You've got time to read?" Horowitz's new boss asked, with a laugh.

Well, Horowitz said, that was back in high school.

Oh, Jain said, again with a smile. Good.

Excuuuuse me??!!!! (cut him off? how rude)

I Certainly hope Russ continues to read, 24/7 all work and no play makes you brain dead, believe me as a self-employed single parent I KNOW...

And as far as reading only business, a well rounded mind and the incredible education gained by reading is far more important than a one track one.

Seems to me I read an article - maybe in Upside magazine recently which talked about how Jain's family never saw him, he barely slept and how he and Sarin worked 48 hours in a day (THAT quote made the newswires and had cnbc live coverage).

Seems like a great way to burn out a great mind. I for one certainly hope he finds time to read, and dream, and muse as creativity dies with burnout. (This two I know, as I am a designer)

So Russ, even if you have to hide the books behind the toilet, or read them online with a silicon investor thread to cover up when someone walks by <ggg> Please, keep reading!
