FOX network just had a Al Gores campaign chairman or top official on. He talked 100 mph and said nothing. He was ranting about the Republican Convention being an attack convention, etc.. It was difficult to understand him because he wouldn't answer a question. He used a question to go off on a 100 mph rant about the Republicans. Attacking Bush for attacking Gore and Clinton. He projected to me as a man who is desperate. That included his facial expression and his wild eyed ranting.
