Thanks Greg. Same here. Just two points I'd like to bring up. First, I really welcome the change in market psychology. You know that Buffett quote about being greedy when others are fearful and vice verca? I agree with it completely. Qualcomm's reminding me a lot of Rambus last fall, after Intel delayed the release of the 820. Second, 6-12 months from now, I don't think too many handset users, here, in Europe, or elsewhere, will know too much about what's in store for them. 3G won't be like Windows '95, with headlines in 6-inch type and specific deployment dates regarding service offerings where it finally "makes sense" to buy a phone. And with the far lower ASPs and far shorter replacement cycles found in the handset industry, I think that the number of people that will hold off on purchases will be marginal at best. Just my two cents here.

Anyway, it's good to have a debate with a dissenting voice. It's part of the reason why I like SI: a lot of the TMF boards have turned into Gardneresque cheerleading clubs full of devoted bulls.
