My system went to no position on the Dollar from being successfully long for awhile..... If the next top in the Dollar is at least an intermediate term one in duration, then it would in all likelihood positively impact the price of gold..... But as long as Larry Kudlow likes to brag on CNBC about gold being down as meaning their is no sign of inflation out there for us to worry about, you can bet that the powers that be will do all they can to continue to push the bashed down metal into the dust bin of history. And we must never forget that is truly their long term goal, come hell or high water. And another reality we must face, is the stupidity in general of gold mining management across the board, who constantly strive to increase production the lower the price of their commodity goes..... Duhhh! I know I'm not making any fans in the precious metal arena with this note today, but the truth sometimes hurts, and then we will lash out in denial which will not do one little bit of good. Gold mining management has dropped the ball, and committed error after error. We have to face that sorry fact no matter how bullish or optimistic we may want to be. As Sergeant Friday used to say, Just the facts M'am. Sgt. Yogi Monday
