Reto, thanks for your input. I found out that the "preferred dividend" means that it is an accounting charge for converting preferred stock to common stock. This is probably the result of paying back initial investors who funded the company at the beginning. It is a one time charge and I think its effect on the stock price will be short lived although it is affecting it now.

The other thing is the recent unlocking of shares. I think that is why FIRE is so down right now, but with good earnings this should all turn around. I am looking to get in this week too.
