Haim, I have always agreed that McNealy is a whiner. He really needs to grow up here and stop the rhetoric.

I really don't know what to make of McNealy at this juncture. While I guess it is smart to get the government to do your dirty work, it is also like punching a bully then running home to mommy and crying that he is trying to beat you up for no reason. First he screams to the US Govt. about MSFT and restricts their ability to focus, now he is pulling this European thing.

I hope he hires body guards. Now that he is establishing a track record, the next gorilla tech may not wait for their turn and instead strike before they are a suspect. Remember in that CEO survey, Tech CEOs were the ones that said they would practice cannibalism. -ggg-
