Interesting buy side volume and size on LQID. This is a stock that is now consulting to provide new business plans with both MP3 and Napster. As I said last week, it is also a possible benefactor of a shift by established artists from traditional record contracts and their miniscule margins for the artists. . . to Liquid Audio and the control it puts back into the artists hands. It was slammed last week on a downgrade. . .and apparantly heavily shorted. It appears as though we have turned a corner on LQID. Kevin's TA seems to agree. . . This morning appears to be some mass short-covering at open. . . this one is set to squeeze, IMO. They won't give up without a fight, and it may take a running start. . . but this is one to keep on front radar screens. Rande Is
