The Tobacco issue is intrinsically as important an issue that can plague the rep party as , abortion and pro-choice is for the demos. Both are pretty sad comments to the way we conduct ourselves in a country with so much abundance , and too many harmful addictions, but wonderful for politians to take so much money from all along on the QT, while the Tobacco companies pushed their poison! (....and religion for some is an addiction, like with you it sounds like your rooting for the Dallas Cowboys when you speak of Jesus <ggg>) All will be decided by society at large and the voters, and not you trying ram your simple~minded "Jesus is Lord" stuff....but by God's reason and final justice of truth coming to light, helped by persevering science (not the tobacco company's scientist, who were probably good christians) --->who has been getting most of that Tobacco Lobby money all these years ? You think the republicans can ellude all the moneys they have been taking from Tobacco lobbyists all these years ? I see the republicans are already putting the "good" spin on it.... The "W" in , George W Bush stands for "WONT" prosecute tobacco companies...part of the platform now.. ..seem they claim they are going to spend tax dollars on education/ads instead.....and that just makes me smile : 1) that it is a good thing ...2) & also smiling to see how it took them so long and now are so wonderfully "holy" suddenly now become on the subject, after turning their self~righteous heads away from it so conviently for so long...all along on the Dole and taking 100's of millions probably....(no pun intended) And you say that I love only Money? Think I'll and a few million more will have have to get in Line behind your precious George W, LOL! And BTW: nothing I posted to you or lewis on the jesus thread was "odd" , even by your own reply to my link i posted there, as usual you twist anything you choose. And also i shall post there as often as i choose to do so, with Thom Jefferson & Jesus's blessing, thank you. ANYWAYS----->Thought this was the Jesus thread !?!
