A good move down by the TICK with limited results on the ND and ES charts. The TRIN has not responded yet. One move push down may be in store. What is interesting is that the momentum indicator on the small time frame, the 3-min SPOO e-mini, gave a type of buy signal itself on its pullback. The pullback indicator on the 7-min chart gave a type of buy signal also. The 15-min chart has its pullback indicator giving a type of buy signal too. But the pullback is not giving very clean signals on those idnicators. Since this is a new system, I would like to see what happens under these circumstances.

**update**

Yes, price is continuing. I am finding the first pullback after these "junctures" I see in the market is usually the safest.

We may be breaking out topside on the SPX flag/wedge; however, if you draw a line across the bottom of the formation (1414 & 1425) in the 60-min. chart, and a parallel line across the top, starting at the bottom of the July 29-30 1445-1460 congestion, you get two perfect parallel lines, or a very nice bear flag.
