Hi Mike, What would a good price be for BR and UCL? I am trying to wait till a little after Labor Day. I'm thinking oil prices will drop then and take gas with it. (In oil, I bought too soon and sold too soon. But it's a living.) Is it worth buying Hugoton Royalty (HGT) to get a position, and get more aggressive on any drops. (Instead of starting with a 1/3 investment in UCL, get income while I wait for a better buy.) Also, could you give me your allocation between your aggressive, 90/10, and income. And maybe some of your holdings. Lately, I haven't seen many of your picks. TIAA
