<Is HLIT a buy here?... > Well, if you read the news story list, there are about 30 PR's relating to class action suits since earnings were announced. This seems to hang over the company, but really the issue is that T has stopped buying as much gear and Divicom seems to have some issues related to industry slow down and transition. But, it sure looks like the bad news is fully out now and there doesn't seem to be another shoe to drop. Question is when will it get a lift? Looks like the market is not moving in general and that will hold HLIT down. I'd guess regardless of price moves in the next 30 to 60 days, you'd probably be rewarded to buy and hold for 1 year or more. I'm tempted to buy some more, but short of cash. Regards, Mark
