DB inititated coverage on cmrc today with a favorable review of their biz model (which is more speculative than ariba and scares people away from the stock).

Enterprise software is churning again this year but the real action is in the backoffice players tibx, vitr, webm, beas. Its kind of cool fundamentally, literally hundreds of startup companies trying to win in this new space - impossible to pick the winner though.
