Chisy: Then this would be the same Wolanchuk who also said VLNC was a good buy at $40 (then three Fridays later on MarketWatch PM tried to squirm away by saying "Jack, if people bought at [that level] they just weren't listening to us.")? Oh, so then he'd be the same Wolanchuk who also said SYBD was a good buy at $1 3/4? (SYBD is now ~1/2.)

Some "timer." I'd have to say Cheif times as well as he spells.

Still, he IS a fellow VLNC believer, so I can't totally dismiss him. (And WAVC was in fact a good call.) But I believe there ARE no stock gurus or soothsayers (except maybe Merc traders with fast pagers...we'll see how that story plays out!). Best of LUCK to all.

I'm a little surprised at the reaction I've seen to da_chief's appearance here so far. If it weren't for a list of his recommendations many years ago (mostly Canadian penny stocks back then), I wouldn't even be aware of this company's existence. And having endured the large number of individuals who've made it their life's work to denigrate, bash, and lie bout this company, I for one welcome someone who's been consistently bullish and supportive. I don't pay for his services and I don't make my decisions based on what he or anybody on these boards say, so while my ignore button is doing its job on some others, I plan on listening to what old woollyduck has to say.
