AMD has been held back by chipsets/mb's for last 3-4 quarters.

At some point folks on the thread should figure this out and not keep their heads in the sand.

And blaming via is idiotic.

They should blame themselves and FIX the problem.

Andreas, re:no blaming VIA. When AMD said "infrastructure would not be a problem" they were not just talking about VIA. There have been no Athlon chipsets other than AMD's own and VIA until now.

That is about to change and AMD knew it. There is absolutely no substitute for competition.
