The OI on the September 60 puts did not decrease significantly on Friday. They are still out there.

WASHINGTON, Aug 7 (Reuters) - KPMG Consulting Inc., formerly a part of one of the Big 5
accounting and consulting firms, on Monday said the 324 million shares it will offer when it goes
public could fetch as much as $2.8 billion.

The company expects to net about $660 million from the sale of about 89 million shares of common
stock in a range of $6.75 to $8.75 per share, according to an amended prospectus filed with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cisco Systems Inc. (NasdaqNM:CSCO - news), with whom the company has an alliance, will gain a
19.9 percent hold in the company with 117.8 million shares, according to the prospectus.
