not the place I was in. However, usually gay people tend to clean up older neighborhoods (I guess thats a stereotype, though). I know in San Diego and Atlanta, clusters of communities that had fallen into disrepair often court gay people cause they fix up the houses.

I have some gay neighbors that did a great job on fixing up their house as well. They are pretty kewl, actually.
