From the conference call: <<Lastly, we have announced that Riverstone will begin the IPO process shortly, and that we remain on track to accomplish two IPOs this year.>> No specific dates yet as far as I know. FWIW, I got back into CS today at 28 9/16.

From the CC: We are very excited to announce that we have determined that the first of the companies to pursue an IPO will be Riverstone. We are currently in the process of scheduling meetings with underwriters, and expect to have selected a team and begun the IPO process by the end of July. We would expect to file an S-1 registration statement late in the summer. Finally, subject to the vagaries of the marketplace and the Securities and Exchange Commission, we are hopeful that we will have completed this IPO in the fourth calendar quarter. cabletron.com There is a wealth of information on the investor page at CS including presentations to analysts.
