Not sure if they still have counsel. I would assume they do, but have also heard the same as stated in post #617. That is that the original lawfirm may be held accountable for some of this mess. I know that one of the things people involved with the suit would like is a tape (or really good notes) from the shareholder's meeting in August 1998. Apparently there were a couple people who taped it, and it may have some of the original promises made.

The letter you mention is the last that I heard from the former directors also, and it was pretty interesting reading. Looks like a real interesting saga. Who gets the money for the movie rights?
