Do$kie,

NT-TSE will equate to NT-NYSE at whatever it opens at tomorrow on the NYSE. If we assume NT on NYSE opens at what it closed at today then NT-TSE will gain $5.00 plus exchange. If NT-NYSE opens down a buck then NT-TSE will open at up $4.00 ($5-$1) plus exchange.

For arbitrage purposes, you stand a chance to make some money when the US markets are closed and the CDN equivalent of the stock goes down on the TSE. As long as there isn't any substantive news, you might consider buying the CDN stock at the end of the day with the idea of selling at the opening the next day when the US markets reopen. The hope is that the US version of the stock opens at the previous US close or higher in which case the CDN version will come up to meet it. But then again, the market is bigger than all of us!!

Cheers!
