News Item: I learned today that the unofficial headquarters for the G&K periodic "meetings", the Desert Inn, will cease operations at the end of the summer. Steve Wynn, anti-historian extrordinaire, will raze the entire property in order to fill his yet unquenched thirst for attention. This was the site of many tales you may have heard. The very bathroom that Buckley got lost in (with that threadhead guy following), will soon be gone forever. This was also the site of the much ballyhooed BlackJack tournaments (they were fixed). Frank, Mike and I, as a service to both threads, will embark upon a search for an appropriate alternative in the city of sin and will report back our findings.
