Hello DWCraig,
WSTL has made a higher low, but I think that you will have an opportunity to go long around $15.5-16 in the relatively short term. I personally would wait for some sort of bottoming action before jumping in (I watch real time charts for that).

But my read on WSTL should not be confused with an official P&F view, it has not given a P&F buy signal yet, so depending on your discipline, you would either wait for the buy signal or go bottom fishing.
