Being an investor, we need as much information as possible from any and all sources. I was trying to flush out some info from the company while you keep trying to shut them up.

First you chased away the insider, then you tell the company to just ignore shareholders?

In general, this is true; however, in this fast-moving internet tech environment current valuation is *very* important. Lower valuation limits your ability to use your stock as currency for needed acquisitions. It also makes you takeover bait for another company.
