You got my attention recently with a post on another thread pointing out the classic cup and handle HDII had going. I'm no TA expert, but that formation looks nearly perfect. Too bad it didn't hold up... might have become the textbook case. Beyond the C&H there were several things about this stock which intrigued me. I have often thought how utterly absurd it is that blood pressure and cholesterol levels are the only clues most of us have about the condition of our CV system. We go merrily along until we have chest pain, or worse, in spite of the statistical evidence that there probably is serious deterioration in progress. As an engineer, the concept of monitoring as many of the dynamic performance parameters of this critical system is almost obvious. In fact, developing the apparatus to accomplish the task does not appear to me to be exceptionally challenging. So, one of the things I looked for in the 10K was the strength of their IP position. Unfortunately, I didn't find much. Although I have not yet reviewed their patents it is hard to imagine that either their method of analysis or any other part of their product provide much protection or competitive advantage. Before you get the impression that I am a basher let me hasten to add that I actually bought a token number of warrants a few days ago (before any DD) and would very much like to be convinced to buy more. I was also looking for some indication of increasing demand from the research community. Again, nothing at all obvious. Lastly, there sounds to be significant competition on the wings. What do you know of the "Complior" technology and/or the French co. which owns it? I would be happy to hear any positives relative to the above issues, if you are so inclined. Regards SMH
