Dear JCJ: Full service pump? I don't think they even make signs that read, "Full," for this part of the country anymore. Out here, it's, "Self," service. In the scenario you envision, either the person _inside_ the gas station or some passing motorist would call 911 and say an ambulance is needed for the lady having a heart attack at the gas pumps. Vibrating seat? What other after market options are you recommending? Individual beer taps for the driver's and passenger's sides of the car? Bud Light for the driver and Bass Ale for the passenger?
