Greg, I agree - I can not figure this market out. All I am going to do is protect profit and minimize loss at every opportunity. This last runup completely passed me by. However, I can spend more time watching stocks since I lost my job. I am going to try this for a month or so.

Greg what HAVE you discovered? Gilder (I don't get the newsletter) sent out an ad about a "Powerchip" that would change the way electricity is produced. Make it the cleaner electricity that the new information age will require. Are REI and DUK forward thinking leaders of this? I'm wondering...tried to buy DUK today...kept putting in limit orders and it kept climbing higher. I hate to chase something but I wonder...maybe just 50 shares until it decides to take a break.
