Returning to the cash suckers, allow me to add Market Cap:

PSR WC/sh Bk/sh EPS OUT Stk MktCap Cash/qtr
EGGS .19 .63 1.28 (.44) 1.4 2.38 95.7 -17.8
FATB .92 1.47 1.85 (1.00) 1.8 4.31 56.1 -11.3
ITRA 1.17 .84 1.56 (.46) 1.8 6.72 176.2 - 8.5
DRIV 1.05 .89 3.12 (.39) 2.3 5.44 118.8 -11.0
BYND .35 .69 2.19 (.29) 2.4 1.13 42.8 - 7.4
BUYX .62 .86 1.41 (.26) 3.3 3.07 403.1 -34.2
COOL .43 1.52 1.85 (.26) 5.8 3.81 108.6 -12.1
PROG .09 2.72 7.63 (.16) 17.0 3.44 17.4
PROG* .28 4.51 7.63 3.44 17.4

Now it seems a bit odd that you could buy a company with about $15 million in cash for $17 million, but that is the case. Interestingly all these other companies, most of which are in big trouble soon, have a substantially higher market cap than PROG. Thus they can buy PROG using stock. They better hurry, though. Some of these are falling very fast. ITRA and BUYX in particular are down substantially in the last several days.

On the other hand, you can see from the cash burn rate that PROG's cash will only last some of these companies 1-2 quarters (less than that for BUYX). Maybe ITRA would want to buy them as the cash would last them 2 quarters. DRIV and COOL could also swing it, but they'd have to give up a pretty good sized chunk of the business. BUYX could obviously do it, but the cash would be gone in little more than a month.

Obviously the most like buyers are NSIT, PCCC, and CDWC.

Carl

PROG is getting more expensive for the cash suckers every day. PROG long wasn't the correct play, it was cash suckers short...
