stable wages and workable unemployment, rising productivity, election runup is coming and ... nothing moves. All indices except long-neglected DJIA unable to break resistance, which has moved to a higher level because of still rising 200dmas.

This is a very bearish sign ;-) (like OJ didn't say before ;)
