I am a BIG fan of Russ and I LOVE the potential of the combined GNET/INSP...........If Russ thought that this is a good deal for the future of GNET then I believe it will become a huge platform for the industry. I like what I read about Jain and I LOVE the upside. In addition, I think that we are getting INSP on the cheap and I believe that the action in the stock will pick up DRAMATICALLY this week. When these types of deals are done, the acquiring company ALWAYS sees a knee-jerk reaction down, it was true with VRSN and more recently on the JDSU/SDLI announcement.......Blodgett at Merrill came out with a report yesterday and lowered several internet stocks, INSP was on the list of stocks with unchanged opinions. Finally, I think that this combined entity will be RIPE as an acquisition target buy many possible suitors. I am VERY long INSP in addition to my GNET holdings. I will buy more as soon as I see some big institutional buying...........I have read SEVERAL reports including Goldman Sachs and Merrill's and I like what I see...............
