Hi all - Mark, yes, I thought about the same things also. Obviously, it is a real co, but with the lawsuits and the departures, it would likely be a broken stock. 2 silver linings are 1) the ones leaving are financial/management crowd, that means the technologists are still there doing what they do best and 2) the ones installed to pick up the pieces are *turn around* type, so they also know what they are doing.
