Mizzou, would like to add my interogative to Jim's about Amaral. From the conference call, it seemed the devil was in the details about forex and $ vs S3 shares and they were happy to take more shares out of circulation irt buyback program.

#88 Quality Care Ford, rockin' steady toward a repeat!

A CFO can make a world of difference when it comes to massaging politicians. All it would take is a phone call or two to the right connections and the government would be appeased. S3 has the connections through UMC and VIA, but noooooo, lardass sits back and waits for HIS phone to ring. Only problem, it was KP on the other end.

Amaral was dead wood, plain and simple. Just look at the KP's vote of confidence today.
