Tender Tender, why is the Debeers Offer so slender.
Just crashed my car and picked up a fender bender.

Maybe I should just sender and get some of that Anglo American South African Tender or maybe Its time to fix another drink in the blender to finish off my bender.

Oh what's that, do I hear the sound of a big spender putting out a new tender. Yes, here they come over the hills, coming in at warp speed with pounds of cash and stock certificates. What whats that, from another direction another new offer from the land down under. But little do they know.

I AM CANADIAN AND THIS MINE IS STAYING CANADIAN. SO BUZZ OFF ALL OF YOU.

ONCE AGAIN, AUZZIES, BRITS AND SOUTH AFRICANS, I AM CANADIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I AM NOT SELLING OUT MY STOCK TO ANY OF YOU FOR LESS THAN $100 PER SHARE. SO BUZZ OFFFFFF

THE GREAT DRUNKEN BILECKI

Thank you for your explanation. Called Winspear yesterday
afternooon and raised the very same question with them.
You are absolutely correct. What ever % will DeBeers get
it's up to them what they want to them with these shares.
The only thing is, if they get anything over 10% it is
called controlling interest and they are obligated to declare
what are they doing, when it comes to buying or selling
Winspear shares in the future.
Thanks again.
