To be honest, I'm not sure how much you can ask of them here. I should perhaps have been clearer. There should have been stress on the IF in "If there is something to criticize in QCOM's marketing". I agree that it is very difficult to completely combat FUD of this sort, particularly since it seems to play into the sorts of patterns you mention. All I meant to convey is that, if one was looking for an area that it would be significant and valuable to make improvement (whether or not improvement is actually possible), that would be it.
