Hi JC:

Actually I recently bought a bit of SUNW shares at around $108 after not being invested in the stock for a bout a year. When I sold my SUNW shares one split ago reasons were my wrongful thinking with regard to valuations and also wanting to diversify a bit more than having 80% of my holdings in just one stock (although it seems as much as I wanted to diversify I ended up buying more of LSI which is now about 60% of my overall portfolio holdings and I will probably buy more soon again!!). Anyway four years of holding and accumulating on SUNW did bring a lot of prosperity to me and I can not possibly complain about selling my shares too soon.

As long as .com companies are emerging from left and right (which seems to be a process that will continue for ever) SUNW will go higher and higher (perhaps not in a straight line but definitely higher).

I become a bit concerned when I see a company such as Cisco - despite showing great growth rate in revenue and earnings - currently has a market cap of half a trillion dollars! Basically all those who are buying the CSCO stock today at arund $65/shr expect to double their money sometime in the future (perhaps not in the immediate near future but sometime in the future). I have a hard time imagining how on earth a business entity (even if it is a great company such as Cisco) can possibly be justified for having a market cap of $1 trillion or more?!!!

Best Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
