613, I don't really, can't overthink things<g>. I like the chart, trading characteristics and the sector. I have also followed CS a long time and am generally confident in the company. The stock was over 50 and fell because the spinoffs were going to take longer and potentially cost more than anticipated. I was one of the extrememly lucky few who sold my options the day before it tanked 20 points and have been buying Jan 25 and 30 calls just about everytime it fell below 24. I see no reason as this process gets rolling it won't be back at 50 in a heartbeat. I also believe one or two of the units will be purchased next year and this speculation should start heating up near the end of the year IMO.

Hope the markets have been treating you well 613.

regards,

sf

Hello board,

Is it clear how Cabletron shareholders will specifically benefit from the IPOs of their units? Has the company addressed this issue? I'd appreciate any advice offered.

Thanks.
