Something to do with stock options, didn't get.

Hiring ahead of revenues, therefore expenses will be higher as a ratio. Competition from start-ups for employees. But stock market (drop) normalized the threat some. (paraphrasing)

Re: component constraints: "New markets are ramping significantly above forecasts. . . have increased manufacturing capacity by 50% and will add another 50%. (didn't catch time frame)"

"Insatiable demand for optical systems. . . ."

Thanks for the Cliff Notes, Tony. I'm so excited I can't sit still long enough to listen to the conference call.

One of the talking heads (a pretty one) just noted that traders had a list of tech stocks to buy if csco put out a strong report. It included intc, sunw, msft, etc., and they are all up in the late market.

Chambers will be on CNBC at 6:30 PM left coast time.

Wish we could clone Chambers and put him in as CEO of other companies whose stock we own. He is something to behold.
