Well I might just have to dust off my history books but I understand the abuse of heroin and cocaine in the late 19th and early 20th centuries was very widespread and damaging. Heroin and Cocaine were legal then and were freely given by doctors to their patients as "tonics" to cure all number of physical and mental ailments. The last time I checked, the government in this country is "by", "of" and "for" the people so I do not understand your reluctance to have them play their correct role in this matter. Perhaps parents should collectively pressure their elected representatives to enact legislation to curb the abuses of "Biological Psychiatry" instead of individually trying to stand up to Drug Inc. It might prove a more effective remedy.
