Betty Here are three question areas that I would like some information-
1 Last year the company stated there were significant applications for the lower powered brite lite. They then moved off in a different direction. Have any of these applications come home to roost?
2 As always I am interested in where they stand with synchronizing the laser to hit power levels of interest to chip manufacturers.
3 What are the bio applications that they can address with their laser and Bede's technology? Are there significant markets, with probable penetration in the biotechnology realm?

If you can manage to squeeze in these questions I would appreciate it. TIA Frank

Hello Elizabeth,

I have a question for you to ask JMAR's management. At what stage is the x-ray lithography program currently at. If you look on JMAR's web site the several stages of the program are laid out. The first stage is the 30W system. The second stage is the 90W x-ray source. The final stage is the demonstration of a 90W PXS beta system. The final stage includes 1) engineering development of the laser and x-ray generator subsystem to ensure full compliance with the semiconductor standards and regulations;2) intergration with an aligner; and 3) installation at a semiconductor manufacturer beta site.

In JMAR'S latest lithography press release they stated that " This new contract funding should enable us to complete a four beam system before the end of the year to power a viable, entry level production lithography device..

Is this the second stage or final stage??? thanks

Hi Betty,

Please ask how much capacity they have lined up "guaranteed" by the fabs to produce the FIFO chip.
