Okay, let me put it this way. I have gone to some conservative conferences in Washington, maybe an average of one a year for the last decade. I have met various Evangelicals, and also some conservative African Americans. The only time I have encountered anti- semitism was among a couple of the African Americans. My surname is pretty obviously Yiddish, and although I could easily pass for Italian, I am obviously not German, but Jewish. Plus, the kind of events I attend have a fair number of Jewish intellectuals present. I think if there were a strong current of hostility among the Evangelicals in attendance, I would have seen something........
