Geez, I have been playing catch up on your posts to Luc and you are already a clown. "Yes, I understand what a yield is. I just would not be very happy with an 8% return" The clowns that have been buying this overpriced crap are going to end up wishing for 8%. There are only 2 things I know of that are infinite, the universe and your stupidity and I question the former.

What do they call that in legal terms? "prima facie" case? or is it "res ipso loquitor". On "The Practice" they said that res ipso loquitor means "it speaks for itself". So we will use that one. Oh, so you're a lawyer now??? Or you just saw somebody play one on TV .... Scumbag! <g> (I've been waiting to use that on somebody else for awhile now...)
