ARBA is a stock selling scheme....that's it. Pure and simple....just another stock selling scheme. The only reason that stock is still up is because there must be another deal in the works. No matter how many stupid things ARBA does, their stock still stays up. Somebody is gonna do another deal for them. Should be a great short to single digits on the announcement. The stock is artificially inflated.

That's my opinion.
